We're a mid-weight creative team at The Gate, that's worked on big global brands from Unilever to Starbucks as well as pitched, won and launched brand platforms such as Very, Let's Make it Sparkle. From off the wall proactive ideas to TVC and radio, we've done it all, but we can't wait to do some more.
And when we're not creating, we're mentoring. From book crits to talks at DMA Talent events, we like to help the next wave of talent break into the industry.
And when we're not mentoring, we're sipping. Sipping on a Aperol Spritz (only in the summer of course!), G&Ts or a giant cup of coffee.

Side Hustles
Han has created and co-hosts a podcast called Minority Mentalities. Talking about recognising the power of diversity and challenging the status quo for minority communities in society - listen along here. She's designed artwork for concerts, highlighting ESEA talent during the ESEA heritage month and IWD.
Becky started her Youtube channel during lockdown of 2020. Focusing on plus size fashion and body positivity, her channel and Instagram has amassed a total following of 32.4K, as well as opportunities to work with brands such as HelloFresh, Readly and more. You can subscribe to her channel here.
